We've compiled some beautiful concept art from the making of this Disney classic, and we can't believe none of this art made it into the film! While we love the look of the characters as they ended up, imagine if the lamp had had a face, or if Abu were grey, or if Princess Jasmine's signature outfit was pink? Madness, we tell you!
