Dickinson gas station shooting caught on camera
Police hope someone can recognize the suspect in the black Mercedes. He opened fire on another man at a gas station in Dickinson.

DICKINSON, TX -- Authorities need help identifying the gunman who opened fire on a man outside a convenience store in Dickinson.



The victim was uninjured in the early Friday morning attack at a Shell Station off I-45 at FM 517.



According to the Dickinson Police Department, the victim walked out of the store and exchanged words with the suspect, who was pumping gas into a black four-door Mercedes. As the suspect drove off, he fired at least four bullets from a silver handgun toward the victim. The bullets hit the victim's truck, causing damage to the radiator and engine.



The suspect was last seen driving south onto the I-45 feeder road.



Police are hoping the public will recognize the suspect from surveillance video.
