Celebrities and comedians said goodbye and shared their favorite David Letterman memories as the iconic Late Night host gave his last show.

Fellow evening talk show hosts were among the first to say "#ThanksDave."


A diverse list of celebrities, public figures and even sports teams watched the show and thanked Letterman for his 33 years of late-night laughs.
