2019 Art Car Parade hits Houston streets

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Hundreds of wacky, out of this world, and even fuzzy cars will be rolling down the streets of Houston during the 32nd annual Art Car Parade.

Rain or shine, the show went on with more than 250 crazy and creative cars and bikes hitting the streets of downtown.
