Dubai to build world's first temperature-controlled city

Dubai is building what will soon be the world's first temperature-controlled city.

It's called "Mall of the World." The planners released a video on YouTube showing the design.

The enclosure will house hotels and apartment buildings, a cultural center, the world's largest indoor theme park, the world's largest mall, and and a wellness center.

Once completed, the city is projected to become a year-round destination welcoming around 180 million visitors annually.

No word yet on how much it will cost to build.
