Man charged in killings of Baytown teens no-billed by grand jury

BAYTOWN, TX (KTRK) -- One of the men charged in the killings of two teens has been no-billed by a grand jury.

Richard Gonzalez is one of four men charged in connection with the deaths of Alex Chavez and Jarvis Morgan.

He, along with Valentin Jose Lazo, faced capital murder charges in the teens' deaths earlier this year.

The grand jury's decision not to indict Gonzalez is still a developing story.
