ABC-13 talent struts bad fashion for good cause

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Today is Bad Pants Day at Texas Children's Pavilion for Women.

Anchor Tom Koch and Meteorologist Casey Curry strutted their stuff in some really bad pants designed by Texas Children's Hospital patients.

Casey and her safari pants took second place!

Bad Pants Day celebrates the doctors, nurses and other staff at Texas Children's that care for babies and families in the Texas Children's Newborn Center.

You can support their efforts by playing in their annual golf tournament. The Bad Pants Open is October 22nd. Proceeds from the tournament benefit Texas Children's Newborn Center.
