Day laborer dies in accident at shop in Montgomery Co.

HOUSTON

Investigators say the victim was at a fabrication shop, working on a 3,500-pound flange when it fell over on top of him. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Montgomery County sheriff's deputies and OSHA are investigating.
