Officers arrested Pablo Moreno, Jr., on a charge of intoxication manslaughter Thursday. Police say Moreno admitted drinking at a bar in Montrose, then again at an after-hours bar in June. Moreno says he left the bar around 7am, then blacked out while driving on Lockwood.
That's when Michael Davis was hit and killed as he collected cans on a sidewalk.
