Houston police officers were called to a home on Southgood near Crestmont for an assault call. A 71-year-old woman was accused of attacking another woman and her dog with a hammer. She also allegedly broke car windows.
After several hours of unsuccessful negotiations, SWAT officers entered the woman's home through a window and arrested her.
