Two of the suspects, a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old, are students at Arroyo Valley High School. The third suspect, 18-year-old Lemonta Maddox, is not in high school.
All three suspects face murder charges in the death of Anthony Dewayne Mitchell. He was shot multiple times Monday afternoon, just a couple of blocks away from Arroyo Valley. Mitchell wasn't a student at the school.
Police said they recovered a weapon that may have been involved. Details about the disagreement haven't been disclosed.
