Police discover man fatally shot at apartment complex

HOUSTON It was around 9pm when a man was shot and killed at the Aberdeen apartments on Woodchase and Richmond.

At least one person was taken into custody to be questioned and to have his hands tested for residue. His relationship to the victim is unknown.
