Man accused of sexually assaulting relative

HOUSTON According to Crime Stoppers, in August 2009, the 15-year-old female victim was at her house with Minor, who is a distant family relative. She was on the couch when he allegedly approached her and exposed his genitals to her. He reportedly began touching himself which then led to him sexually assaulting her. The victim pleaded with him to stop but he refused.

The victim eventually made outcry and an extensive investigation was launched. During the investigation it was reportedly discovered that Minor had touched her inappropriately on several different occasions.

On April 7, 2010 Minor was charged with sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by exposure. He was arrested and posted bond but on June 18, 2010 the 179th District Court issued warrants for his arrest.

Shun Dione Minor is a 40-year-old black male. He is 5'8" tall and weighs 195 pounds. He has black hair, black eyes and a dark complexion.
