Woman jailed after wreck on Highway 290
HOUSTON
It happened around 1am Saturday on Highway 290 near 43rd.
The woman was driving down the highway when, for some reason, she didn't see the car in front of her.
She crashed into the back of the car, causing both vehicles to go through a guard rail.
