Police chase ends in crash in NE Houston

HOUSTON Police say the driver had a burned out headlight so they tried to stop him. But he took off and eventually crashed on East Houston Road at Carolwood. Authorities say the driver crawled out of the car's window and was arrested.

Police now believe the car may have been stolen.
