Madea is at it again when she is hauled in front of the judge following a high speed police chase. She is given a temporary reprieve that she squanders and ends up in jail due to her anger management issues.
There she meets a young lady troubled from a hard life including prostitution and drugs. Madea's way of dealing with problems ends up helping the young lady.
There are two separate stories told in this Tyler Perry tale.
I loved the development of all of the characters and even though I expected much more screen time from Madea (Tyler Perry), I didn't really miss it because it was such a good movie.
If you've never seen a Tyler Perry play or a Tyler Perry movie I can tell you that they are very entertaining but they also are very heartfelt.
As predictable as Madea's character is, it's still hilarious and addictive to watch.
The back story of the troubled Candace (Keshia Knight Pulliam) and Derek (Joshua Hardaway) was an excellent compliment as well.
There are also a few nice cameos from the likes of Judge Mablean, Judge Mathis, and Dr. Phil.
I highly recommend sticking around for the credits.
The outtakes from the Dr. Phil sit-down with Madea are hilarious.
