Protest over stimulus set at Discovery Park

The protesters call the rally a "Houston Tea Party". It takes place at Discovery Green Park in downtown Houston, from 11am until 2pm.

The event is open to the public. They are also recommending that you wear red and not to forget that it is Go Texan Day!
