Rosi Hernandez

Rosi Hernandez is a native of Puerto Rico. She received both her bachelor's degree in newspaper journalism and masters' in public relations from Syracuse University. Rosi serves on numerous boards and advisory committees, including greater Houston Conventions and Visitors Bureau, the Latin Women's Initiative, the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the girl scouts of San Jacinto Council.

She has received the Triunfando Award for female senior executive of the year from the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she also serves on the board of directors. In 2005, she was named among the 100 Hispanic elite women of the year by the national business publication, "Hispanic Business Magazine."

She has been with the Houston Astros since 1999 and is currently their vice president of market development. She and her husband, Jorge, are the proud parents of their daughter, Andrea Victoria.
