City shuts down adult entertainment club

HOUSTON The Penthouse Club on Winrock and Westheimer has been closed. A judge says the business never applied for a sexually-oriented business license.

The city also termed the club a 'nuisance' for frequent prostitution and drug crimes, which happened on the property.
