Cause of death of baby in freezer a mystery

HOUSTON Investigators say 6-month-old Devine Blake did have low levels of cocaine in his blood and liver, but there were no signs of any injuries.

The baby's body was found frozen inside a west Houston motel back in May. Officials say the body had been in the freezer for about a year. Blake's parents, Crystal Sosa and Dezmond Blake, are charged with tampering with evidence. Investigators say they can't charge the couple with anything more.

They are both due in court next month.
