Beach Boys settle lawsuit over band's name

LOS ANGELES, CA An attorney representing former band member Al Jardine says Jardine and Mike Love reached the agreement Tuesday after a two-day conference in LA Superior Court.

Details of the settlement were not disclosed. The case was set to go to trial April 14th.
