Floridians cast votes in primary election today

John McCain says he's "feeling good," as Republicans in Florida vote. The Arizona senator made a stop at a waterside polling station with his chief supporter in the state, Governor Charlie Crist, and asserted that "endorsements matter." The four-term senator has stacks of endorsements from Florida's newspapers and the state's top two Republican elected officials.

McCain didn't lay off the criticism of his chief rival Mitt Romney, saying the former Massachusetts governor lacks the experience to tackle such issues as Islamic extremism.

Romney acknowledges the race is close, and last night tried to paint McCain as a Washington insider and himself as a man who "understands how America works."

Rudy Giuliani, who pinned his presidential aspirations on the Sunshine State, is lagging in the polls along with Mike Huckabee, whose showing has withered since his Iowa win.
