CLEAR LAKE, TX (KTRK) -- The drive-thru roof of a bank in Clear Lake couldn't handle the amount of water falling and collapsed, repair workers said.
No one was injured when the roof collapsed at a Wells Fargo in the 1100 block of Clear Lake City Boulevard.
Workers said it appears the roof just couldn't handle the amount of water falling on it.
Crews quickly arrived at the scene and loaded the debris into a construction truck and blocked off the drive-thru so no one drives under the roof.
