Galveston College offers pipefitting course

As Galveston College approaches its 50th Anniversary celebration the Charlie Thomas Family Applied Technology Center is beginning a new Pipefitter Class that offers full scholarship opportunities to students. The new "Introduction to Pipefitting" program is a 160 hour course offered over a 16 week period. The scholarships are limited but they cover all books, fees and tuition.

In order to qualify for the scholarship students must submit applications by March 31, 2015. The pipefitting field is in great demand.
