If you've been eating low calorie carbs and still haven't been able to lose weight it might be time to change your diet.

Researchers at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science studied 120,000 people for 16 years. They found those who ate low calorie carbs continued to have weight issues.

Some examples include brown rice and wheat bread. People who ate low calorie carbs with red or processed meat gained the most weight.

Researchers say if you want to lose weight eat more seafood, skinless chicken and nuts.
