SUV driver nearly hits Alvin officers during traffic stop: Video

ALVIN, Texas (KTRK) -- Newly-released dashcam footage shows two Alvin police officers who were almost hit while conducting a traffic stop last month.

You can see a dark color SUV swipe their patrol car just off of South Gordon.
