Amber Alert discontinued for 10-month-old boy

PALESTINE, TX (KTRK) -- The Department of Public Safety has discontinued an Amber Alert for a missing boy out of Palestine.

Jax Dean Laymance is just 10 months old, and officers say he has been found in Arkansas.

Police reported that Jeremy Dean Laymance, 27, and Morgan Lynn Mosely, 24, were in connection with the boy's disappearance.

The boy was believed to be in grave danger.

Laymance and Mosely are still suspects in this case. No further details have been released.
