Man arrested for taking photos up woman's skirt

WOODLANDS, TX -- Arthur Lynn Faust Jr. faces an invasive visual recording charge after allegedly taking photos up a woman's skirt.

On Monday, Dec. 4, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office deputies went to the Barnes and Noble Bookstore in 1200 block of Lake Woodlands Drive in The Woodlands.

"There an employee said that she had, on a prior date, witnessed an individual taking photos with his cellphone, while the phone was positioned under the complainant's skirt," MSCO said in a press release.
