According to court documents, Mary Elizabeth Herring and Timothy Baserra Holcomb sexually assaulted the 14-year-old girl on May 20, 2011 at a Highlands residence. During a videotaped interview, the girl told authorities that Herring and Holcomb sexually assaulted her during a sexual encounter among the three of them.
Herring, 21, and Holcomb, 22, are both charged with sexual assault of a child under 17 years of age.
Bond has been set at $30,000.
