MIDLOTHIAN, TX --Two people have died in a small plane crash in Ellis County. A National Transportation Safety Board spokesman told the Fort Worth Star-Telgram that the single-engine plane crashed Wednesday morning into some trees just after taking off from a private airstrip near Midlothian.
He says the cause hasn't yet been determined. He says the identities of those who died has also has not yet been determined.
Midlothian is located about 26 miles southwest of Dallas.
