Erratic driver leads police on chase

HOUSTON Houston police were called to assist when the suspect got on the North Loop heading towards Highway 290. They chased him for a few minutes and laid spikes across the road.

The suspect eventually crashed in a yard on Chantilly and Hill Oak, hitting a couple of squad cars in the process.

He now faces multiple charges, including assault of an officer. No officer was injured in the incident
