The Harris County District Attorney's office says it happened Friday morning outside the Spring high school building. A student says she agreed to a sex act with Jimmie Masters that morning, then changed her mind.
"When the female student decided that she was not wanting to continue with the act, the defendant, Mr. Jimmie Masters, became very angry and proceeded to sexually assault her without her consent," said Assistant Harris County District Attorney Kimberly Miller.
Masters had posted a $10,000 bond on a sexual assault charge. A judge raised that bond to $30,000 Thursday morning and officers re-arrested Masters.
