No charges for cops in deadly shooting

HOUSTON District Attorney Ken Magidson says after careful consideration, the grand jury chose not to indict the two officers who killed /*Roland Carnaby*/.

Officers chased Carnaby around Houston on April 29. The chase ended along the West Loop feeder near Post Oak. Officers shot and killed Carnaby when he reached for something in his vehicle.
