Tornado touches down in Brazoria County
ALVIN, TX (KTRK) -- Several funnel clouds formed in Brazoria County on Wednesday and when they did, many of you emailed photos and videos of it.
Both the Brazoria County Sheriff's Office and Manvel police confirmed the sightings. We're told one even touched down.
"It started forming, going all the way to the ground," one witness told us.
Bill Burton's 14-year-old son Matthew sent us this video of what he saw.
"In the video you can see it. If you look way up toward the clouds, you can see it pulling apart, spinning around," Burton said.
Down the road, Jonathan Salazar was working at his auction house.
"It was building up pretty good, you could see it was getting thick, widening up," Salazar said. "Later on, another little small one started to form but it couldn't."
At this point, we've not heard of any damage or injuries.
