McRib sandwich returns to McDonald's on Thursday

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Before you make lunch plans, you need to hear this: The McRib is back!

On Thursday, McDonald's restaurants around the country will bring back the boneless pork sandwich, smothered in their signature sweet, tangy, barbecue-style McRib sauce.

The sandwich is served with dill pickles and mild, slivered onions, all on a toasted hoagie-style bun.

The McRib will return for a limited time at participating restaurants.
