Worker dies after industrial accident in Fort Bend County, sheriff's office says

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A worker has died after being involved in an industrial accident in Fort Bend County on Wednesday, according to officials.

The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office said the accident was from heavy machinery being operated.

Medical responders pronounced the worker dead at the scene, according to investigators.

The sheriff's office said an investigation into the accident is ongoing.

The victim has not been identified.
