Father who tripped 9-year-old running for touchdown, later cited by police
One parent caught the tripping incident on video while another followed the suspect leaving. Officers located the vehicle and the suspect, a 41-year-old father, admitted to the act and was issued a citation for disorderly conduct according to police.
