Development odds increasing on the disturbance in the Gulf
As of 5 p.m. Sunday a tropical disturbance in the northern Gulf has a 50% chance of forming into a tropical system within the next two days with the chance for heavy downpours and street flooding in the Houston area beginning Tuesday.
