Harrowing Moment Person Leaps Onto Highway Barrier to Avoid Collision
A person standing with a disabled car on the shoulder of a busy highway in Ohio was forced to leap onto a cement barrier to avoid getting rammed by an oncoming vehicle in what one official called “the closest call I’ve ever seen.”
