Several streets along Richmond Avenue are flooded
Several streets along Richmond Avenue, near the Southwest Freeway, are flooded Friday morning after a water main ruptured sometime overnight. The floods span approximately four blocks of Richmond Avenue, west of Chimney Rock Road.
