HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A lost load of sand slowed the morning commute for drivers on the US-59 southbound feeder at the Grand Parkway.
Around 5:45 a.m., the trailer flipped over spilling sand over the road, forcing crews to shut down the road for cleanup.
The main lanes of US-59 and SH-99 were not affected by the spill.
