High-speed accident kills 1, injures another in wild wreck in Pasadena

PASADENA, TX (KTRK) -- Police are investigating after a deadly accident in Pasadena.

The accident happened around 3:30am just inside the Beltway, and forced the shut down Vista Road between Broadmoor Drive and Pansy Street.

A male passenger died at the scene, and the male driver was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital via LifeFlight. Their identities have not been released.

From SkyEye HD, debris strewn across the street was visible as emergency workers sought to clear the scene.
