HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- There has never been a brighter future for space travel than right now.
But if you're not an astronaut, or don't have the money for private space flights, how can you experience life above Earth's surface?
A new multisensory virtual reality experience called "The Infinite" makes you feel like you are living and working on board the International Space Station. NASA astronauts filmed their lives on the ISS over several years, and Felix & Paul Studios and PHI Studio turned the footage into a virtual reality experience that makes you feel like you're floating in space.
The Infinite also includes the first ever spacewalk filmed in cinematic virtual reality, along with exclusive contemporary art exhibitions you can't see anywhere else.
The Infinite is currently in its United States debut at Sawyer Yards. You can find information on tickets here.
