Disneyland is celebrating 70 years of being "The Happiest Place on Earth," and the beloved theme park has plenty of festivities in store all year long.
The Disneyland Resort's 70th Celebration officially kicked off Friday and guests can expect a slate of new entertainment, as well as the return of some fan-favorites.
Summer is right around the corner, and while Houston is one of the largest metro areas in the nation, it doesn't have some big-city amenities that attract visitors from both near and far.
"When I was younger, we had Astroworld," one Houstonian said. "Now that my kids are growing, I would like to see the same thing." A theme park industry expert says he knows groups eyeing Houston.
Congrats, Dig World! The Katy construction theme park agreed to a $200,000 investment from Robert Herjavec in exchange for 10% equity. Now, they're aiming for nationwide expansion.
