Woman charged with operating unlicensed assisted living facility in Panorama Village, police department says

PANORAMA VILLAGE, Texas (KTRK) -- Police officers said an investigation is underway after they arrested a woman for operating an unlicensed living facility in Panorama Village.

According to the Panorama Village Police Department, officers worked with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, the Montgomery County Fire Marshal's Office, the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable's Office, and the Conroe Police Department to execute multiple search warrants as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into an unlicensed assisted living facility.

Authorities said they arrested Jennifer Rios, the reported owner and operator of Seventh Heaven, and charged her with operating an assisted living facility without a license. Officials said that Rios also went by the name Jeniffer O'Neal.

Police said Rios operated facilities in Panorama Village, Conroe, and Cut and Shoot. Investigators said they are seeking to identify former residents, employees, caregivers, family members, vendors, or anyone else with knowledge of the facilities or Rios.
