Moment of silence held for Hightower alum prior to matchup against Marshall

MISSOURI CITY, Texas (KTRK) -- Prior to Thursday's matchup between Marshall and Hightower High School, a moment of silence was held to honor the life of Robert Grays.

The Hightower alum died after suffering an in-game injury Saturday while playing for Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.

On the gridiron, Marshall was able to score first with a touchdown from Jerry Davis.

The Buffs held on for a 20-7 victory over Hightower.
