Police: Man exposing self to joggers at Rice U

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Rice University police are warning people about a man exposing himself to female joggers.

A woman says she was jogging near Entrance 8 on University Boulevard when a man jumped out of the bushes and exposed himself. The jogger claimed it was the fourth time over the course of several months she's seen that man behave that way.

All the incidents have occurred between 8 and 9:30am in various locations along the soft sidewalk.

The suspect is described as a stocky Hispanic male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and 25-26 years old. He was wearing dark clothing similar to a uniform worn by restaurant employees. He usually has a mountain bike with him.
