WHAT WE KNOW: Who is the suspect in Texas DPS trooper's murder?

WALLER, Texas (KTRK) -- Dabrett Black, 32, is accused of fatally shooting DPS trooper Damon Allen in Freestone County.

Black fled the scene in a 2012 Chevy Malibu and was captured Thursday evening in Waller County. Officials plan to file capital murder charges against Black.
