Winning numbers drawn for $1 billion Powerball jackpot

The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday night's drawing has climbed to an estimated $1 billion.

The winning numbers for Wednesday's drawing are: 26, 67, 69, 66, 4 and the Powerball is 9. The Power Play multiplier is 2x.

Lottery officials say the jackpot is the eighth largest in the game's history and the largest U.S. lottery jackpot offered this year.

The jackpot carries a cash option of $433.1 million.

It has been months since someone last won the grand prize. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million, according to lottery officials.
