HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Five juveniles were arrested, and charges are pending against a driver after they led police on a chase that ended in a crash in southeast Houston, the Houston Police Department said.
HPD said the pursuit started after 10 a.m. at 10201 Almeda Genoa and ended near Reed Road and Highway 288.
Police said it began as a self-initiated patrol investigation involving a reckless driver in a white Chrysler.
